Internal door needs trimmed and rehung

I can highly recommend Gary. Efficient, professional, high standard of work, polite and extremely helpful. Fixed both the door that I posted about and a wardrobe door that wouldn't shut properly, for a very reasonable price. I will certainly be calling on him for other work that needs doing.

Repair loose render around windows and some pointing

Due to the appalling weather it took 7 months between agreeing this job and completion, but Gary kept in touch during that time and an eye on the weather until the sun finally came out long enough, which I really appreciated. Gary turned up when he said he would and did a good job on the rendering, was friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend Gary.

Plain & repair hardwood external back door

It was a pleasure doing business with GRS Maintenance. Gary plained and repaired a rotting exterior door for me. Throughout the transaction, Gary was responsive, very fairly priced, quick to deliver and very professional. He provided a thorough itinerary of what was required & how he would achieve it. He stuck to the original quote and provided me with a concise invoice and photographs of the work on completion. I was very pleased with the end result and would definitely use Gary for any home maintenance jobs in the future. I highly recommend.

Rearranged kitchen in new bungalow. Reversed sink removed dishwasher and replaced with cupboard

The project was to replace the sink / tap and rearrange the layout of the kitchen and install some new lighting in the bungalow which we had just moved into. Gary helped us to decide on the best options and quoted both a realistic cost and timescale for the work. He arrived on time and had all the necessary materials and equipment. The work was completed in a clean, safe and timely fashion and to a high standard. The final invoice was exactly as quoted, no surprises ! We would be happy to have 'GRS Maintenance' work on our home at anytime and would highly recommend.

2 internal doors

Gary fitted 2 internal doors and shaved another for a better fit. I'm really pleased with the job that has been done. Gary is friendly yet professional, trusted him and felt comfortable having him work in my home. Painting our Conservatory

Couldn't be happier. Gary is polite, friendly, turned up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable. He's done a great job of the painting, fixed the rotting fascias and offered us excellent advice going forward. Gary kept us informed when he was due to arrive, cleared up afterwards and provided an altogether professional service. I like that he's not afraid to do those little jobs too because I have lots of them for him in the near future! Thank you Gary
